Concrete Repair & Resurfacing Technician

ASL Agrodrain Limited is hiring a Concrete Repair & Resurfacing Technician.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, City Work, & Conservation projects. Role Summary:

Focused on warranty, service, and repair work (not new pours). Independent role working on occupied homes and finished concrete.

Primary Responsibilities

• Concrete resurfacing and overlay repairs (porches, steps, slabs)
• Patching and surface defect repairs (chips, spalls, honeycombing)
• Porch repairs and remediation
• Self-leveling in basements and slabs
• Crack repairs and crack injections (epoxy / polyurethane)
• Step repairs and rebuilds
• Grinding, surface prep, finishing, sealing
• Using repair mortars, bonding agents, and overlays
• Identifying deficiencies and recommending repair methods
• Maintaining clean, professional work areas
• Documenting repairs (photos / notes) for warranty tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years concrete repair / finishing / restoration experience
• Comfortable working alone
• Strong attention to detail and customer-facing professionalism.
• Valid ‘G’ license
