At ASL, we believe in more than just hard work – we believe in having fun, building strong team connections, and celebrating achievements together. Recognizing and rewarding our employees for their dedication is always a priority and we take pride in creating opportunities to build lasting memories outside of the workplace.

Throughout the year, we host several events designed to strengthen relationships and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Employees look forward to these events every year including participation in various sporting events, attending football and hockey games together, summer barbeques and our annual Christmas parties.

At ASL, we believe in celebrating every milestone and providing support through life’s important moments. From welcoming new family members to achieving work anniversaries and pursuing further education, our initiatives are designed to acknowledge and uplift our employees.

1-Year Jackets

In recognition of completing your first year of service with ASL, employees will receive a1-year jacket.

Baby Baskets

When a team member welcomes a new addition to their family, we show our support with a personalized baby gift basket.

ASL Scholarship

The ASL Scholarships, named in honour of our distinguished alumni, are awarded annually to four eligible recipients.

The Lowe Fund

Created in memory of Amanda Lowe, a cherished ASL team member known for her compassion and kindness, the Lowe Fund supports employees facing life-changing events or financial hardship.

Open to all staff, it provides assistance regardless of contributions, with voluntary donations helping sustain the fund. The Lowe Fund is a lasting tribute to Amanda’s spirit and a way for our ASL family to come together and offer support when one of our own is “Lowe”.
