President

Sandro Ricci, MBA, P.Eng

Sandro started with ASL in 2012 as a Project Manager. His career progressively advanced over time, assuming the role of President in 2019. Sandro is an OBJ Forty Under 40 award recipient and sits on various industry and non-profit boards. He loves that working at ASL allows him to express his passion for innovation and employee engagement.
VP of Operations

Jonathan Paradis

Jonathan joined ASL in 2000 and has advanced through the company, becoming VP of Operations in 2017. With over 30 years of experience, he’s been a driving force behind ASL’s client retention and market presence. Jonathan is passionate about building strong teams, cultivating lasting relationships and contributing to the company’s ongoing success. He values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at ASL.
VP of Finance

Ana Rodriguez, MBA

Ana joined ASL in 2022 as the VP of Finance, focusing on scaling ASL’s success. She is an MBA with over 10 years’ experience leading private, non-profit and publicly traded companies, she brings her passion for developing people and processes. Ana considers it a privilege to be part of the ASL team, she loves being able to see the impact she has and knowing her work makes a difference.
Innovation Manager

Cody Morgan, P.Eng

Cody started with ASL in 2012 as a general labourer while completing his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Having had many opportunities for advancement within the company over the years, in 2024 Cody took on the role of Innovation Manager, focusing on elevating ASL’s tools, technology, and access to information. Cody says it’s merit-based advancement at ASL that keeps him motivated to come to work every day.
