We are looking for a motivated and experienced Concrete Flatwork Supervisor to join our growing team. Successful candidates will have minimum 5-years experience in residential concrete flatwork. Good leadership skills a must with ability to supervise, mentor and lead a successful team.

Job Description

  • Supervise, mentor, and manage crew members (1-5 employees).
  • Track daily productions and complete employee timesheets.
  • Perform quality control inspections.
  • Order concrete, materials, and tools as required.
  • Evaluate site conditions and ensure safety toolbox talks are completed daily.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in forming/finishing concrete slabs and porches.
  • Must have valid G driver’s license with clean record.
  • Knowledge of the concrete industry – Foundations, flatwork, carpentry, mixes, repairs.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, policies.
